OUR SITES
We have 97 powered sites and 111 unpowered sites, of varying sizes. On booking you will be asked to provide details of your setup (e.g. tent, caravan, camper trailer), including the overall length from tow ball to very back of caravan. Sites will be allocated based on the information provided.

To reduce the load on our power circuits, air conditioners must be switched off when you are away from the site. Power is also available in the bathrooms and the clubhouse for charging small electronic items. For the peace and comfort of your fellow campers, generators are not permitted.

Water is available in some areas of the oval, but not on each site. Taps can be used for filling up tanks, but campers are asked to be mindful of other campers and not stay permanently attached to taps.

Please note - Tamworth can get very hot in January. Temperatures can reach the high 30's and low 40's. Whilst some of our sites are in shady positions, these are limited and book quickly.
OUR CLUBHOUSE
The Bears clubhouse will be open most evenings of the festival, with free entertainment provided. The bar sells beer, wine and soft drinks plus some premix drinks.
A BBQ dinner, cooked by our footy players, will be available for purchase most evenings. In the mornings, a BBQ breakfast cooked by the Tamworth Lions Club is available for purchase also.

Bags of ice can be purchased at the clubhouse during opening hours, or at the Camping office.

OUR LOCATION
We are located approximately 2km from the centre of Peel St. There is a pathway that will take you along the river bank into the centre of town. Alternatively there is a festival bus that runs regularly from Joe Maguire's pub (500m from our front gate) which will connect you with other bus routes to get you to the main festival venues. Tickets can be purchased on the bus.

Northgate shopping centre is located diagonally opposite the oval, and includes a Coles supermarket, butchers, bakery, newsagent, chemist, bottleshop and takeaway options.
